Question 1: What makes you different from other seminars?
We are not a seminar. We are personal one on one real estate investment consultants. We come to you and work with you in your home, not a class of 50 people.

Question 2: I know that I should buy low and sell high but how do I know what low and high are
We will train you and put at least 3 comparable sites on your computer so that you know what the after repair value is (resale price). We  will provide you with training on how to use these sites.

Question 3: Can I get financing for a house that needs a kitchen, bath etc?
Yes, we can get you what is referred to as a "HARD MONEY LOAN". It will give you the money to purchase and rehab the house. We will take one segment of your training just for this discussion.

Question 4: Can you tell me what a 1031 exchange is?

Yes, we can discuss 1031's, Land Trusts, Equity Sharings, Self Directed IRA's and other topics. But remember that we are not lawyers or accountants, only educational consultants.


Question 5: Is new construction better than rehabbing?
We will do an investment planner to see what your goals are and your financial ability or capacity is, and then focus on flips, rentals etc.

Question 6:  Question 6: How do I estimate repair costs?
You will be riding with an experienced consultant who will help you estimate fix up costs until an actual handyman or general contractor can give you the actual cost.

Question 7: How long can I use your services?
Our agreement is for 1 year of consulting services and we encourage you to use us.
